Ø  B2A(Business to Administration): Business to Administration or B2A encompasses all kinds of business-government interactions using the Internet as their medium. This provides a broad range of programs, including social care, insurance, legal records, employment, etc.

Ø  C2A(Consumers to Administration): Consumer to Administration includes all kinds of transactions that happen between the consumer with the government.

 

What is E-Business

E-Business or Digital Business refers to the use of the internet, extranet, cloud and intranet for business operations. E-business is very similar to e-commerce because it is more than just buying and selling online goods and services.

E-Business includes a broader kind of business process such as the processing of electronic orders, supply chain management, customer relationship management, etc. And E-Commerce is essentially part of E-Business.

Ø  Pure play: It applies to a business that focuses on one particular type of product or service, rather than multiple types at once.

Ø  Brick The Click: The concept is fitting for an organization that operates its business online as well as offline. This means this although they have a website and deliver online their goods or services, they do have a physical store and sell their products or services there.

 

Different Between E-commerce and E-Business

 

·        E-Commerce is known for buying and selling things over the internet. E-Business, on the other hand, is not limited to just buying and selling activities. All business activities performed online will be considered as e-businesses.

·        Many people accepted that when business is completely delivered through an electronic medium, it can be referred to as an E-Business. E-Business doesn't need to have a physical presence on the market. When a company owns an office and carries out its business activities through the internet along with physical presence, then it can be referred to as e-commerce.

·        The Internet requires e-commerce to be able to communicate with the rest of the world. There's more to e-business than that. Aside from the internet, it can also take advantage of intranet and extranet to communicate with the parties

·        E-Commerce covers any form of money-based business activity, but E-Business involves monetary and based operations.
